Both days follow an alternating rhythm of short sessions, networking, exhibition experiences, and in-depth discussions. Specific agenda and dates are subject to official announcement by the organizing committee.

Booths are divided into Main Hall and Corridor zones. Booth numbers use A, C, T, F, or H to indicate the type. View the booth map on the exhibitor registration page.

会场上方与左下方布置 G 开头的背板展位（G01–G11 中 10 个）与 J 开头的简易展位（J01–J19 中 17 个），均为长 3m × 宽 2m。

主会场内为 B 开头的标准展位（B01–B32 中 29 个，长 3m × 宽 2m）与 T 开头的光地展位（T01–T20 中 23 个，36 ㎡ / 个，自行设计搭建）。

The conference agenda and exhibition scale are as follows; please refer to the official announcement by the organizing committee for final details.
Exhibition Attendance Guidelines
- 观众请通过官网完成参会报名，凭电子参会凭证在签到处核验入场；会期首日 9:30 – 14:00 为报到时间，现场报到需登录后出示本人报到二维码，由报道员扫码核验完成（不采集人脸特征）。
- Exhibitors: Please complete your application, booth confirmation, and payment following the exhibition process. Then arrive for setup during the designated time (2027/1/3 – 4, 8:00 – 18:00).
- Booth construction and power requirements must be reported to the organizing committee in advance and comply with venue regulations.
- Please adhere to venue safety rules and follow staff instructions during the event.
- A 2-day Wudang Mountain tour (paid, voluntary) will be available starting from 1/7 after the meeting. To participate, please register through the organizing committee.
